Every title, image and video reachable from LustXR is produced and hosted by a third-party partner site. We publish a catalogue of what those partners offer — a title, a thumbnail served from the partner's own servers, a running time, the VR projection and stereo format, and a link. Clicking the link leaves this site.
We do not receive, copy, store, re-encode, re-host or modify any of that media. The thumbnails shown in the catalogue are loaded directly from each partner's own image servers at the moment your browser draws the page; no copy of them exists on our infrastructure. The listings themselves come from feeds the partners publish for exactly this purpose.
These are paid links. We earn a commission when a visitor subscribes to or buys from a partner, which is disclosed on the page the links appear on and again in our terms of service.
18 U.S.C. § 2257 requires a producer of actual sexually explicit conduct to collect and keep age and identity records for every performer, and to name a custodian of those records. The definitions in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) distinguish a primary producer, who films or photographs the conduct, from a secondary producer, who publishes, reproduces or reissues that material.
LustXR is neither. It does not film anything, and it does not publish, reproduce or reissue anyone else's material — it describes it and links to it. Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), activity limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting or translation of a communication, without selecting the content, does not make a person a producer. Our selection is editorial — which partners to list — and not of the depictions themselves.
Accordingly, no § 2257 records are maintained by LustXR, because no material exists here for which we could lawfully be the custodian.
Each partner site is the producer of its own material and maintains its own § 2257 records and custodian designation. Those statements are published on the partner's own site, usually linked in its footer, and are the correct place to direct a records enquiry about any specific title.
If you cannot determine which partner a listing came from, email contact@lustxr.com with the title and we will tell you which site it links to and where their statement lives. We will answer that question for anyone who asks, including investigators, without requiring a formal request.
Independent of § 2257, and regardless of who produced the material:
LustXR is built as a streaming platform and currently operates as a directory while it has no first-party content. That is a deliberate state and not a permanent one.
If and when LustXR hosts material produced by its own creators, this page will be replaced by a full § 2257 compliance statement naming a custodian of records and a physical address at which those records may be inspected, and no first-party content will be published before that statement is in place. We are stating that here so the change is visible: this is an exemption claim about what the site does today, not a general position.
