Material involving a minor, or material published without the consent of someone in it. Email contact@lustxr.com with URGENT at the start of the subject line.
These are handled ahead of everything else. The listing is removed on receipt, before we investigate and before we contact anyone — we do not require you to prove the report first, and a report that turns out to be mistaken costs nothing but a listing. We then notify the partner site that hosts the file, and in the case of a minor, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
You do not need to be the person depicted, a lawyer, or a copyright holder to make this report.
If material linked from this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@lustxr.com with DMCA in the subject line. To be actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it needs to include all of the following:
We remove or disable the listing promptly on receiving a complete notice. Because we do not host the file, removal here stops us pointing at it; it does not take it off the internet. We will tell you which partner hosts it and where their own DMCA agent is designated, so your notice reaches the party who can actually remove it.
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and telephone number together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
Section 512(f) makes it unlawful to knowingly misrepresent material in either a notice or a counter-notice, and the liability that follows is real.
Separately from copyright, and with no legal test to pass: if you are depicted in material linked from this site and you want the listing gone, email us and it will be removed. You do not need to own the copyright, explain why, or prove the material was published without consent.
Include a link to the listing and enough detail to identify which performer you are. We will not ask for identification unless we cannot otherwise tell which listing you mean, and anything you do send for that purpose is used only to action the request and then deleted.
A partner site that is the subject of repeated, valid complaints is removed from the directory entirely rather than listing by listing. The point of a curated directory is that the curation means something.
