The site contains and links to sexually explicit material. Do not use it where doing so is unlawful, and do not use it anywhere a minor can see the screen.
Some jurisdictions require an operator to verify age against government-issued identification rather than take a visitor's word for it. Where that applies to you, the site will ask, and the check is run by a third-party identity provider as described in the privacy policy. Everywhere else the site asks you to confirm your age and relies on that answer.
Florida asks for one thing more: an operator there must offer an anonymous alternative to the document check and let you pick between them. Ours is a photograph. Your camera takes one, the provider estimates an age from the face in it and answers yes or no, and the request carries nothing that identifies you and leaves nothing behind at either end. It is set to pass only faces that are clearly adult, so being declined is not a finding that you are under 18, and the document route is still there if you would rather use it.
None of these requires an account. No law we are following asks you to register, and we are not going to ask for more than the law does in order to let you in.
LustXR is a catalogue of adult video shot for virtual reality and stereoscopic 3D, collected from third-party partner sites. For each title we publish a description, a thumbnail served from the partner's own servers, a running time, the VR projection and stereo layout, and a link.
We do not host, store, produce or sell any of that video. Clicking through takes you to the partner's site, where their terms, their prices and their privacy policy apply, not ours. Our 2257 exemption statement sets out who is responsible for the material itself.
The links on this site are affiliate links. If you subscribe to or buy from a partner after following one, we are paid a commission. This costs you nothing extra — the price is the partner's normal price.
We say so on the page the links appear on, as well as here, because a reader is entitled to know that a recommendation is paid for. What we do not do is accept payment to misrepresent what something is: the format labels, running times and performer attributions are reported as the partner publishes them, and a listing being commercially useful to us is not a reason to describe it inaccurately.
Profiles shown in the performer row are written by a language model from publicly documented career information, and are labelled as such wherever they appear. They are a model's recollection rather than a researched biography, and they can be wrong.
If you are a performer and a profile about you is inaccurate, or you simply do not want one, email contact@lustxr.com and it will be corrected or removed. We do not require you to prove the error.
The live cam row lists rooms broadcasting on Chaturbate, and the player is Chaturbate's page running inside ours. The broadcast, the performers, the chat, the tipping and any payment are theirs; we neither host nor moderate any of it, and we have no relationship with the broadcasters.
Opening a room or clicking through puts you on their service under their terms and their privacy policy, and the links are paid in the same way as the rest of the site. Rooms appear and disappear as people go on and off air, so the row is a snapshot and nothing in it is a listing we are offering you.
Browsing the directory does not need an account. Where the site offers one, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
One person, one account. Do not create an account on behalf of someone else or using someone else's identity documents.
We may remove access for any of these. Where the conduct is also unlawful, we will cooperate with law enforcement.
Copyright complaints, reports of non-consensual material, and reports of material involving a minor are all handled on the content removal page, which sets out what to send and how quickly we act. Reports in the last two categories are acted on before they are investigated.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available uninterrupted, that the catalogue is complete or current, or that a partner's link still works — partner sites change their own catalogues without telling us, and a listing can go stale between one visit and the next.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We do not control the partner sites and are not responsible for their content, their billing, their security or their handling of your data. Read their terms before buying from them. A complaint about a charge made by a partner has to go to that partner; we can tell you who they are, and that is the limit of what we can do.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and a change that materially affects account holders is emailed rather than only posted.
These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state in which the operator of lustxr.com is established. Nothing in them removes a consumer protection you have under the law of the place you live.
