Every route below reaches a person. The phone line answers first with an automated assistant that can handle common questions directly and will take a message for anything it cannot.
Browsing the directory is free, and nothing on it charges you. The links are affiliate links to partner sites: if a charge appeared on your statement after following one, it was taken by that partner under their billing arrangement, not by us. We can tell you which partner it is and where their support is — email us and we will. We cannot refund it, because we never took it.
Where the site offers an account of its own, what it buys is credits, drawn from a ledger attached to that account. Every debit and credit on the ledger is itemised in your profile, including what it was spent on and when.
If a charge we did make is wrong, email us before contacting your bank. Please include:
We can refund a charge, cancel a recurring payment and close an account from this address. A chargeback raised without contacting us first will usually take longer to resolve than an email, because the bank's process runs on its own schedule rather than ours.
For a sign-in that will not complete, a verification that was rejected, or an account you want deleted, email us from the address on the account where you can. If you cannot, say so and we will verify another way rather than refusing.
Deleting an account removes the profile, the viewing history and the ledger detail. Records we are required to keep — age-verification results, and the records described in our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement — are retained for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
Copyright complaints, and requests to remove material you appear in or did not consent to, have their own process and their own deadlines. They are handled on the content removal page rather than here, and sending them there is faster.
If the material is of a minor, say so in the subject line. Those reports are escalated immediately, ahead of everything else in the queue.
Broadcast quality, payout timing, pricing and enrolment questions all come to the same address. If a broadcast is failing, include the time it happened and the device you were streaming from — the server keeps session logs, and those two details are what let us find the right one.
